At JuJu Footwear, we want you to love your stride; if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear back into its original JuJu box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
